It’s been a while since we’ve done this, but there’s some fairly tasty deals out there for the sharp-eyed video-game consumer.
And that would be you, wouldn’t it?
Here’s a few deals we found on the interwebs that sparked our interest:
- For you Wii owners, we have a host of goodies. First, Meritline.com is offering 40 percent off Wii accessories. Enter coupon code wii40poff at checkout to get the deal. What’s better, shipping is free on most orders, however residents of California and Massechusetts get dinged for tax. Sorry, Edie and Hawkes.
- If your Wii’s battery life is getting you down, Super Media Store is offering a USB recharge batter pack (USB cable not included) for $12.99. Just enter code Wii4D at checkout, and you also get free shipping. This is not an official Nintendo product, by the way.
- Playstation 3 owners who want to fully get their rocks off with Grand Turismo 5 Prologue have a great deal going with WalMart. Get the game and a Logitech Driving Force EX steering wheel for the PS2 and PS3 delivered to your door for just $88.44, plus a paultry 97 cents for shipping.
- The Wii deals keep coming. Buy.com is offering a Wii Blaster Gun for double- or single-handed play for $18, plus $3 shipping. That’s $21 delivered, so you can hunt all them-thar ducks and head-shot all them-thar zombies in style!
- Want a Dualshock 3 controller but hate the $60 plus tax pricetag? Well, look no farther than Buy.com, which is offering that very same controller for $50 with free shipping. That pays for pizza.
- And, believe it or not, already there’s sale prices on Grand Theft Auto IV. Sure, not really much of a deal, but it can be delivered to your door. Preorder the game for the Xbox 360 through NewEgg.com and you’ll get it for $57 with free shipping. Better than standing in line — unless you already preordered it. Then, sorry bub.
We sit around surfing the internet so you don’t have to.
