This is quite a week.

It starts today with Microsoft’s presser, tomorrow is Nintendo and Sony’s.

By Friday, The Dark Knight opens. It’s almost too much.

Almost.

For E3 this week, keep your eyes on GameHounds.net. I’ll be updating as often as posible while Edie sacrifices her sanity at the alter of the Los Angeles Convention Center. If she hasn’t started smoking again, I don’t doubt she will before the end of today.

For now, let’s go into some of the Pre-E3 news that hit over this weekend.

1) Can’t watch the Press Conferences in person? Have to work and don’t have access to a TV? G4 Has you covered, watch this link for streaming video from most of the press conferences that matter.

2) 20GB Xbox 360 is now $299! Bad news? Turns out it’s a fire sale, as a 60GB Xbox 360 is now the new premium console for $349. Guess that explains why the Arcade and Elite prices aren’t changing. Microsoft? You had a damn good chance to dominiate this holiday season with across the board Price cuts. Bad move if you ask me.

3) Is Microsoft Lips for real? Or is this a very clever Photoshop? We’ll know soon enough, but for some reason I’m thinking of that “wonderful” 80’s cartoon “Jem” when I look at these microphones.

4) Halo Blue?? WTF IS HALO BLUE?!?!?

5) Is Bungie’s “Superintendent” an XBLA title? Maybe…

6) Bioware’s Dragon Age: Origin has a trailer. Hawkes has to change his underware everytime he presses play.

7) Too Human has a demo on Xbox Live Marketplace. Why are you still reading?? GO!
