We hit the midway point for E3 2008 today. Being the first day without a major press conferece, Wednesday is all about hitting the games.
And there are so many games here it’s impossible to do one small woman (or a large one for that matter) to hit them all. Today, Edie did her best, however.
Hawkes and Edie wrap up the day’s hands-on experiences. The games they cover include:
Wow. That’s a lot of games. And tomorrow there will be more to come.
Enjoy, and get ready for the final day of E3 tomorrow night. More games, more impressions, and more E3.

Hey Hawkes,
I was in on the Beta for EndWar and I can completely back up what Eddie was saying about the game. The voice commands work..and they work f’ing great! The game is very, very tough to just jump into (there was no real tutorial in game for the Beta, there was only documentation on how to play at the EndWar website). That all said, visuals and audio were all well done. You really do feel like you are commanding a battalion. When you win you feel like you actually accomplished something…and when you come across a vastly superior player you will feel totally outclassed…and it will happen..but thats kind of a good thing.
I can’t say enough good things about EndWar… I think you will really like it.

This episode is fantastic. No other podcast I listened to had this much coverage on 3rd party games. I had thought E3 was terrible until Edie recounted her day. Good hard work, guys!
