No, this is not a line from a porn movie. We’re being serious.

We at GameHounds have a deep appreciation for those who indulge the little devils on their shoulders. And to show our appreciation for you listeners who walked on the wild side this year, we’re going to reward you with a Lump of Coal Pack of games.

And all you have to do is tell us what you did this year that makes you deserve to be rewarded with a Lump of Coal.

What’s Lump of Coal Pack?

Well, it’s the only thing that people who were bad deserve: A big, heaping dollop of bad games. Courtesy of our very own [Saint] Nick Dinicola.

Titles in the Lump of Coal include (quotes by Nick):

• Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings (Wii): An example of how not to use a Wii remote.
• Naval Assault: The Killing Tide (Xbox 360): A submarine sim game that simulates subs… and very little else. “If you’re having trouble sleeping, this is the game for you.”
• Quantum Theory: A Gears of War clone that adds a platformer element. “There’s a reason Marcus Fenix doesn’t jump.”
  
• Arc Rise Fantasia (Wii): A perfectly mediocre JRPG except the voice acting is god awful. “What were you smoking that made you think this was possibly be good for public consumption.”
• Clash of the Titans (Xbox 360): Release the Kracken. Do we need to say more? “Since it was made by a Japanese company, the Kracken kinda looks like Godzilla.”

To win: Just write up your reason to receive this punishment (and some of these games can only be considered cruel and unusual) and add it to the comments of this post. If you need to use a pseudonym to protect your identity, that’s fine. Just make sure that the email is good and we can contact you if you win.

Unlike prior contests, the winner won’t be chosen at random. This will be judged by Nick, Goalie, and Edie. So put your best (or worst) face forward.

And we will open this to international entries, so if you’re one of our European listeners, go nuts.
