Hey Nick, according to this, you can get Sleeping Dogs for $35 on PC from Green Man Gaming which you use to download from Steam.
Also, Driver: SF was on sale direct from Ubisoft for $1 a couple weeks ago when they were promoting the launch of UPlay. Let me know when you’re down for multiplayer on it.
